Hotel leaders are also partnering to preserve ecosystems and ensure mutually beneficial relationships between tourists, residents of local communities and the environment.

Diverted 40% of its total waste away from landfills in 2021 with the goal to divert 65% by 2030. Since 2012, Caesars resort properties have diverted over 1.1 billion pounds of waste away from landfills.

The 100 MW MGM Resorts Mega Solar Array, as well as solar panels atop Mandalay Bay Convention Center, MGM Springfield and T-Mobile Arena, provide renewable electricity to MGM properties. MGM supports Nevada’s target to transition to 50% clean energy by 2030 and 100% carbon-free energy by 2050.
